Why is my robot not charging?

(1) Make sure the power switch on the DEEBOT's underside is switched on.

(2) Check that the battery is correctly fitted in place on DEEBOT's underside. 

(3) Check that the outlet has power, and that the electrodes are fully in contact. The Auto button flashes when the electrodes are in contact. 

(4) If the problem persists after following the steps above, please contact ECOVACS Customer Service.
