Wait, the OZMO 930 works with Alexa and Google Assistant?!
Yes indeed, all it takes now is your voice to send DEEBOT on its merry way. Simply go to the skills section in the drop-down menu in your Alexa app, then enter “ecovacs” into the search window. Click on “Ecovacs Deebot” and then “enable.” When it asks for your email and password, use your Ecovacs email and password and NOT your Amazon information…otherwise you are linking your Alexa to… um…your Alexa. Finally, select your country and the DEEBOT model you have. In case you forgot which DEEBOT you brought home, look on the box!
If you are Google Assistant user, then download the Assistant app from the app store. Open the “Assistant” app, go to the Explore page and type in “Ecovacs” or “Deebot”. Click on “Link Deebot to Google”. This should take you to a separate page where you should log into your Ecovacs account. Select your country and model (OZMO 930). Now your Deebot is connected to Google. Try “Hey Google, start the Deebot” “Hey Google, stop the Deebot” “Hey Google, charge the Deebot”. Then your Deebot will start or stop cleaning or start charging as your comments.
