Why won't my DEEBOT M88 charge?
Possible Cause: Your M88 is not powered ON.
Solution: Turn ON the on/off button. The "|" is on, the "O" is off.
Possible Cause: Your M88 has not made a connection with the Charging Dock.
Solution: Be sure that your M88 has made a connection with the Charging Dock Pins. You may move the robot manually to make the connection if necessary.
Possible Cause: Charging Dock Pins are broken/oxidized.
Solution: Clean the charging dock pins with a dry mop. If charging dock pins are broken, we suggest you to contact us.
Possible Cause: Charging Dock is unplugged while the M88 is powered ON, which causes battery consumption.
Solution: Plug in the Charging Dock and ensure your M88 is powered ON. Keep the M88 on the Charging Dock to make sure it has a full battery to work at any time.
Possible Cause: The battery is completely discharged.
Solution: Re-activate the battery. Place your M88 on the Charging Dock by hand, remove after charging for 3 minutes, repeat 3 times; then charge normally.
