Only going backwards? The front bumper may be stuck.

Occasionally, the front bumper of your DEEBOT may get stuck in.  Your robot may give you a "bumper exception" error.  When that happens, your robot will only go backwards (as it thinks the walls are closing in on it!).  

Just gently pull out the front bumper a quarter inch - and voila, your DEEBOT should be back to normal.
